Woosung Hwang is the CEO of IPS Ventures, with extensive experience in investment management. Prior to joining IPS Ventures, he held key roles at Hana Securities, including managing the Gangnam Branch and the Overseas Securities Team. With a background in Electronics Engineering from Ajou University and MBA from KAIST, Mr. Hwang combines technical expertise with strong business acumen.

Seungho Lee is the CEO of IPS Ventures, with extensive experience in content and ICT service/commerce investments. Prior to joining IPS Ventures, he served as an Executive Director at Woori Venture Partners, where he managed multiple funds as a lead fund manager. He continues to serve as an expert committee member for organizations including the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), the Korean Film Council (KOFIC), and the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KOTEC). Mr. Lee holds a B.A. in History from Yonsei University.

Jaehyun Jo is the Director at IPS Ventures and the Chief Patent Attorney at IPS Patent Law & Firm, bringing expertise in patent law from his experience at K.J. LEE Patent & Trademark Law Firm. With a background in Convergence Electronic Engineering from Hanyang University, Mr. Jo combines technical insight with legal expertise to help clients protect their intellectual property.

Sungwon Lee is a Partner Patent Attorney at IPS Ventures and the Chief Patent Attorney at Sia Patent & Law Office. He previously worked at Sia IP Law Firm, IPS Patent Law & Firm, and served as a patent attorney for Samsung Electronics’ Wireless Division. With a degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Sogang university, Mr. Lee also contributed to IP R&D strategy at the Korea Patent Strategy Development Institute.

Jisu Park Manager,
Investment Team

Ms. Park is currently a Manager. Prior to her current role, Ms. Park worked as an Assistant at NH Financial Group.
Ms. Park earned a B.A. in Vocal Music from Dongduk women's university.

Daeun Huh Assistant Manager,
Investment Team

Ms. Huh is currently an Assistant Manager in the Investment Team. Prior to her current role, Ms. Huh gained experience in strategy planning at a startup company and worked as a producer at a production company.
Ms. Huh earned a B.A. in Economics from Ewha Womans University.

Jieun Kim General Manager
Deal sourcing Department

Ms. Kim is currently a General Manager in the Deal Sourcing Department. Prior to her current role, Ms. Kim worked in asset management (WM) at Korea Investment & Securities and Hana Securities.
Ms. Kim earned a B.A. in Political Science and Diplomacy from Kyungpook National University

Sunjung Youk Deputy General Manager,
Deal sourcing Department

Ms. Youk is currently a Deputy General Manager in the Deal sourcing Department. Prior to her current role, Ms. Youk served as a Director at Joshua Partners Co., Ltd. She also worked as a Researcher at the Center for Advanced Meta-Materials.
Ms. Youk completed doctoral coursework in School of Computer Information and Communication Engineering and earned a B.A. in Information and Communication Engineering from Kunsan national university.

Seungyong Lee Deputy General Manager,

Mr. Lee is currently a Deputy General Manager in the Deal Sourcing Department. Prior to his current role, Mr. Lee worked at the Chungbuk National University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (KFSB), and the R&D Planning Team at Chungbuk National University Hospital.
Mr. Lee earned an M.S. in Biomedical Science, Management and Convergence from Chungbuk National University.

Ms. Moon is currently a Manager in the Deal sourcing Department. Prior to her current role, Ms. Moon worked as a Manager at Joshua Partners Co., Ltd. She also served as a Senior Associate at ROWE Partners Co., Ltd.
Ms. Moon earned a B.A. in English Language and Literature.

Jiyeong Kim Manager,
Deal sourcing Department

Ms. Kim is currently a Manager in the Deal Sourcing Department. Prior to her current role, Ms. Kim worked as a Manager at the Iksan Commercial District Revitalization Agency, and served as a Team Leader at the Startup Support Center of Kunsan National University.
Ms. Kim completed the coursework for an M.A. in Entrepreneurship Management at Jeonbuk National University.

Ms. Yeon is currently an Assistant Manager in the Deal Sourcing Department. Prior to her current role, Ms. Yeon worked at the Cheongju City Cultural Industry Promotion Foundation.
Ms. Yeon earned a B.A. in Korean Language and Literature & Creative Writing from Hannam University.

Ms. Yoon is currently an Associate in the Deal Sourcing Department. She has experience establishing a corporation in Malaysia for the import and export of K-beauty products and influencer marketing.
